Customised Furniture and Accessories with Inspiring Passion

The Germany-based design brand ames was founded by Ana María Calderón Kayser in 2006. As manager and creative director, she coordinates the brand, the manufacturers and distributor of the design furniture. Directly from the headquarters, which are located in the small town of Plaidt am Rhein, ames creates distinctive, award winning, furniture that touch the heart. Thereby, the main emphasis is on the cultural diversity.

For any cooperation with designers the primary focus is set on the design concept that gives the published series its individuality. For this purpose Ana María Calderón Kayser invites internationally successful designers to create furniture with passion and enthusiasm - typical for her South American origin.
