As every year, the Christmas ornaments from Georg Jensen will be designed by a selected guest designer.
For her designs for the Christmas collection, Sanne Lund Traberg drew on the clarity of a frozen winter evening to create decorations that capture the spirit of the season in a way that also references Danish modernism. Traberg arrives at the final shapes of a design by hand with scissors and paper. This process is clearly reflected in the final pieces, as it gives the motifs a dynamic look and feel and makes them seem alive.
The Christmas Heart from Georg Jensen 's Christmas Collectibles series is made of brass with palladium or 18-karat gold plating and comes with a ribbon for hanging.
