Woven blanket made from recycled alpaca and sheep's wool
As the name of the Basket blanket from Elvang , the Danish brand was inspired by a woven basket. The unique structure of such baskets is reflected in the Basket blanket. The at the same time elegant and timeless design of the blanket in beautiful colors fits harmoniously into the home decor.
100% recycled material
The Basket blanket is made of 35% alpaca wool and 30% sheep wool and 30% other recycled fibres. All the fibres have been 100% recycled and then woven into a blanket. In their country of origin, Peru, weaving textiles from alpaca wool is a tradition. Alpaca fibers are soft, particularly robust and warm. This makes the blanket ideal for snuggling up on cold days. Alpaca wool also produces little pilling, so that the products retain their structure over a long time.
