Umbrella with Aerodynamic Shape
The First Wind Resistant Umbrella
An Umbrella from Senz will protect you from a downpour with wind forces up to speed 10 or approximately 100 km/h. The wind force 10 on the Beaufort scale means: trees are uprooted, tree trunks break, garden furniture is blown away, there is major damage to houses. So why has it taken centuries to design a proper wind resistant umbrella?
The umbrella was created when a Dutch designer came home completely wet and asked himself "We flew to the moon, so why isn't there a decent umbrella on this planet?". Together with other designers, he created the ultimate umbrella: smart, strong and stylish, with a particularly good visibility to the front and without dangerous spikes.
Folds-up with the Push of a Button
The umbrella is opened with a UPF50+ canopy by pushing together the two handle parts and pulling the upper handle downwards. After use the umbrella closes with the push of a button.
Material & Properties
The award-winning umbrella is made of water-repellent polyester, while the frame is made of steel and fiberglass. The handle out of ABS and foam is comfortable in the hand. The spokes are provided with so-called "eyesavers", which have no spikes or sharp edges. For storage, a protective cover with a loop is provided.
The umbrella is available in many different versions, patterns and colours.
