Jug Made of Stoneware Ceramics
The AC19 jug is part of the Salina stoneware ceramic series of e15 and serves as a stylish pitcher for drinks and other liquids.
The source of inspiration for the series comes from the sand grey, salt-glazed stoneware jugs that are characteristic for the region of Frankfurt, Germany.
A special salt treatment creates the ceramic's special surface structure, which gives the material its unique look. The cylindrical shape emphasises the timeless, minimalist design and creates a traditional and high-quality appearance thanks to the use of natural materials.
Stone Jug for Serving
On the one hand, the jug can be used as an attractive serving vessel for juice, milk or water at the table; on the other hand, it is also of use as decoration, robust watering can or alternative flower vase. Made of stoneware, the jug cools drinks for a long time, so that, in the summer and on other occasions, drinks may be served refreshingly cool. In combination with other bowls, pots and vessels of the Salina series, it can make an aesthetic arrangement.
Each piece of the Salina collection is handcrafted in a workshop in the southwest of Germany and bears the signature of the potter as well as an e15 logo on the bottom. This way, each piece is unique, enriching more than just your kitchen inventory.
