The Alessi - La Cintura di Orione frying pan made from iron is part of the series designed by Richard Sapper and developed in cooperation with the two chefs Pierre and Michael Troisgros. Made of solid iron, which perfectly regulates the heat inside the pan, it is ideal for the preparation of fried egg, crepes and omelettes. Thanks to the flattened edges, the finished food slides quickly and easily from the pan directly onto the plate.

Iron Frying Pan Maintenance
The maintenance of iron pans is easy: Simply rinse with warm water after use and abstain from using washing up liquid. If the pan is a little greasy,simply wipe it with a paper towel. A light greasy film in the pan serves as a natural antirust agent preventing the burning of food.
