Dirt-repellent placemat with vegetable pattern
The Vihannesmaa Placemat by Marimekko is decorated with various funny vegetable and fruit drawings. The designer Maija Louekari wants to celebrate the creation of nature, with all its shapes, colours and tastes - so the name of the pattern fits perfectly, because it means "vegetable garden". Vihannesmaa means something like "vegetable garden".
Thanks to the acrylic-coated cotton, the top of the placemat is dirt-repellent and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
