Terracotta sugar bowl
The sugar bowl from the Edge series of still life for Skagerak is made in an ancient Greek-Egyptian craft tradition of terracotta. With its restrained Scandinavian look, it becomes a subtle eye-catcher in any kitchen and also on the dining table and optimally complements the other objects of the Edge series.
Matte outside and shiny inside
Made of terracotta, the brownish-red bowl has a matte finish on the outside and a glossy finish on the inside. The contrast here is not only aesthetically beautiful, but the inside is also practical, as the glaze makes it robust and water repellent, making it easy to clean in the dishwasher. A clever detail is the small handle on the lid, which is made of teak and brass.
