Traditional Bavarian Chair
In addition to the Wirtshaus Chair from Auersberg there is also a Wirtshaus stool. The Wirtshaus Chair (German for 'pub' or 'inn', mostly in South Germany) designed by Professor Fritz Frenkler after the original model from the 19th century used to be used even at the Oktoberfest in Munich due to its robustness.
Made from solid oak and treated with natural linseed oil, the Wirtshaus Stool by Auerberg appears in a rustic look and stands out with its traditional style. The seemingly simple form is finished with small details, such as the slightly offset rear legs and rounded edges, and thus enhances any interior. Especially in traditionally furnished homes, the bar stool makes a good figure, but does also set warm accents in modern interiors.
The Wirtshaus bar stool by Auerberg is available in various types of wood.
