Anna-Maija Jaatinen designed the wardrobe "Clothes Tree 160" in 1964 and therewith she created a functional piece of furniture that bribes with timeless aestheticism and clear lines. That is how the wardrobe accords to the design ideals of the Finnish manufacturer Artek and embodies modern, Scandinavian design.
Already in the entrance hall, the wardrobe 160 ensures a stylish impression and offers enough space for jackets, coats, scarves and hats. Not for nothing the wardrobe has been baptized "Clothes Tree" – the suspension hooks of the wardrobe remind of the branches of a tree and ensure a clear but still exciting appearance.
Artek offers the wardrobe 160 in different editions: there is the choice between an edition of clearly lacquered birch wood with a black or white metal foot and a completely mono-colour lacquered edition. The height of the wardrobe is about 177 cm; the metal foot has a diameter of 61 cm.
