String - Works Desk

The height-adjustable desk from the Works Collection by String is a classic desk, but without the heavy impression. Its adjustment area varies between 715 and 1185 mm, adapting to all kinds of people and professions.

A small but useful detail completes the practicability of the String desk: A small compartment in the table top designed to hide lamp cables or to charge a smartphone.

The frame of the Works desk is made from thin metal tubes - giving it a visual lightness. The table was designed for all kinds of workplace environments, but it is also suitable for home-use with its elegant design. The Björn Dahlström and Anna von Schweden designer table can also be used as a small conference table, since it offers a solution for cable management and has plenty of space at the bottom.

Its height adjustment means the String Works table is ideal for spontaneous meetings, where it is more comfortable to stand than to sit. The adaptable desk is as flexible as the original String Shelving System. It can be perfectly combined with other products from the Swedish manufacturer, but is also suitable as a single piece.
