Comfortable chair with armrests
The Elefy chair JH30 from & tradition is a design by Jaime Hayon, who is known for his playful approach to design. With the Elefy chair he was inspired by elephants. Curved armrests reminiscent of elephants' ears and the large surfaces of the backrests clearly show similarities to the powerful animals. The oak base is also reminiscent of the animals' legs, thus rounding off the design in style. "With the Elefy, I enjoyed the creative challenge of creating an inanimate object in the form of such an independent animal. Although this piece is unconventional, it also takes comfort very seriously." Jaime Hayon
Legs made of oak wood
Thanks to its luxurious seat shell with armrests, the chair offers a high degree of comfort, so that pleasant hours can be spent in it. No defined corners and edges were used, and the focus was instead placed on round, soft shapes. The seat shell is available without upholstery and with fabric or leather cover.
In addition to a wooden base, the Elefy chair is also available with a lacquered steel frame as Elefy chair JH28 .
