Kevi 2002 is the stool in the Kevi sitting range from Jørgen Rasmussen. Kevi represents a timeless idea: the better you sit, the more you achieve.
The Kevi 2002 swivel stool strikes a simple and harmonious balance of aesthetics and ergonomics. The functional construction forms its shape at the same time: with Kevi you get what you see: seat, backrest, frame – nothing hidden, nothing unexpected.
The office chair was originally designed for the company Kettel & Villadsen and the name 'Kevi' still refers to the initials of that business. The director of Kettel & Villadsen had a backache and needed a new office chair. Because of the limited resources, every single part was carefully examined for its usability when the chair was being developed. And that is how the sophisticated and functional design of the chair and Kevi 2002 swivel stool emerged.
Later on Kevi was revised and continuously improved. The result is a design that has been classic, elegant and functional in daily use for generations. The principle of the chair was also easily applied to a stool, meaning that Kevi 2002 was only a matter of time.
The Kevi 2002 swivel stool is also available in other colours and variants. It can be ordered with a special height, adjustable footrests, hard or soft castors or runners, or with other models from the Kevi series.
