Pendant Luminaire with Chinese Flair
The model 105 by Le Klint was designed in 1954 by the Danish furniture designer Mogens Koch. The design of the lamp shade is reminiscent of a Chinese Lantern and features clear lines. Through the elegant appearance, the pendant is today one of the design icons of the Le Klint collection.
Non-Glare and Diffused Light
The lampshade is very decorative, but also ensures a pleasant non-glare and diffused light, which gives a pleasant homely atmosphere to any room. The closed bottom allows the luminaire also to be installed in rooms with high ceilings.
The lampshades of the Pendant Lamp 105 are still today pleated by hand in Denmark. The manufacturing process combines traditional craft with modern, geometric design.
The 105 is pendant is available in two sizes which, when combined, form an aesthetic overall shape. The suspension lamp made of plastic sheet is attached to a white textile cable and comes with an energy-saving lamp.
