Wall. and ceiling lamp with 15 light bulbs
The Taraxacum 88 wall and ceiling lamp was designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1988 and is characterized by its elegant, extravagant design language in an industrial style. The base of the lamp consists of 5 polished aluminum triangles, which are assembled into a pyramid. 15 lightbulbs are placed on it, whose light is reflected gently into the room thanks to the glossy base. This creates unique lighting that is ideal for the hallway, kitchen or living room.
Due to the arrangement of numerous light bulbs, the light object looks remotely at a collection of soap bubbles or, as the name suggests, at a dandelion and thus shows slightly playful components of its design.
With the help of a dimmer, the light intensity can be individually adjusted as desired and required, so that the room is either illuminated or immersed in a cozy atmosphere.
