Chair in Colourful Woven Art

The caribe Dining Chair is part of the outdoor collection, which the designer Sebastian Herkner has designed for ames.

Traditional Weaving Art in Fresh Colours

Weaving art chairs dominate the coastal regions of the Colombian Caribbean. On this basis, a dining chair, a lounge chair, a high and low side table and a wicker table was created in cooperation of the designer with the traditional craft in the North of Colombia.

The series is manufactured in bright, fresh colour combinations – inspired by the liveliness of the Caribbean coast of Colombia. Coming in a colourful mix or in the favourite combination, the dining chair brings a holiday feeling and joie de vivre at the garden table on the terrace or the balcony and in the living room it becomes the flashy eye-catcher.

Material and Processing

The outdoor suited caribe Dining Chair is made of weather-resistant plastic strings and a powder-coated steel frame. The seat and the bottom back area are pleasantly reinforced with tight wicker work. This can be perceived through the straight outer covering, giving a fascinating insight on the chair's structure.
