Cuboro is labelled after the marble run system, composed of several wooden blocks. There are basic and supplementary sets - e. g. of the well-known Cugolino marble run.

The Swiss company Cuboro is named after the same-named, made of wooden cubes, and free-designable ball path sysem. The game and also the company were founded by the Swiss machnican and special educationist Matthias Etter.

The Swiss company Cuboro is named after the same-named, made of wooden cubes, and free-designable ball path sysem. The game and also the company were founded by the Swiss machnican and special educationist Matthias Etter.

The game is made of different wooden cubes with different channels and holes, which can be put together to several combinations. Goal of the game is that it's possible for a marble to runs through the figure.

The idea of Cuboro had Matthias Etter already in the 1970s. The first commercial version was established in 1985, back then under the name Konstrito. One year later, the name had to be changed because of judicial reasons and Cuboro was born. After the visit at the trade fair Ornaris in 1986, Etter organisated in cooperation with the joinery of Hans Nyfeler and the WWF the production of Cuboro with his roommated in the own flat share. After the visit of many other trade fairs the export of Cuboro grew. In 1997 the company Cuboro AG was founded in Switzerland.

Meanwhile there are a lot of Cuboro tournaments and the company produces other products like the puzzle game Alhambra and thestrategy game Babel.
