The design team Gridy consists of two designers that have their office in the Norwegian capital Oslo. Gridy is specialized on furniture design, product design and 3D-Design.
Gridy tries to create simple, functional solutions with personality, which communicate with the user because of the high recognition value. The inspiration comes from everyday life and the Norwegian designers try to combine the rational approach with a hint of humour.
Both designers of Gridy work a lot with wood and with clear, natural shapes. That's where the connection to the big Scandinavian design tradition lies in.
