Complex Shapes That Tell a Story
Pool was founded in 2010 by Léa Padovani (1981) and Sébastien Kieffer (1982) and is a Parisian creative studio, which also deals with furniture, graphics, artistic direction and interior design.
The various work of the two stimulates their own reflection and promotes a collaboration in handicraft.
The game with extraordinary shapes is a characteristic feature of the designer duo, whether they design or plan a piece of furniture, an exhibition or a restaurant. From simple forms, Kieffer and Padovani create complex shapes that tell a story and that remain autonomous and reduced to the essential without ornamentation.
Their clients include Petite Friture, Habitat, CVL Contract, Cassina, The Future Perfect, La Redoute, Extrait Café, Versant édition and La Chance.
