Timeless glamour meets exotic luxury
The Tropique Collection of the Danish manufacturer Gubi was designed by the French post-war designer Mathieu Matégot. It is characteristic of outdoor luxury on the Côte d'Azur in the mid 20. century. More than five decades after the collection was first designed, it has now been reintroduced and is one of the company's most popular collections. With a focus on the 2 1. century, it has been Tropique adapted in gentle strokes so that new generations can experience "la dolce vita" - as designer Matégot envisioned it.
The Tropique series combines the simplicity of the material with a great look. The frames of the objects are made of stainless steel rods and have distinctive curves at their feet - the hallmark of Mathieu Matégot's style, which runs through the entire collection.
