Kitchen Market Collection by Hay
Hay's Kitchen Market collection was designed by Mette Hay and the Danish chef Frederik Bille Brahe, who met in 2016 to create a temporary café for the HAY exhibition during the Milan Design Week. Frederik Bille Brahe's restaurant and food have become synonymous with the Copenhagen food scene and served as inspiration for the collection.
Together Meette and Frederik created a collection of useful kitchen tools that enrich everyday life and make it easier. They were inspired by products from around the world, such as Japanese sponges, French soap, water jugs from India or glasses from Morocco.
The Kitchen Market collection by Hay is made up of a curated selection of kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, graters, chopping boards and peelers as well as plates, cups, glasses and cutlery that can be used both alone or together in the kitchen.
