Shipment Status

When you have ordered something from the Connox Shop that is being sent by the DHL delivery service, you can follow the delivery on the DHL homepage at any time. So you can check where your parcel is at the moment and what its current status is.

Please specify your post code and the tracking code, parcel number or reference number that you received in the confirmation email on the following delivery information request form. Please do not use spaces.

You will then be transferred to a special DHL page where you can view the current status of your parcel.

Delivery information from DHL is also available for overseas deliveries. In this case you only have to enter your DHL tracking code in the designated field. A post code is not necessary in this case.

International Shipment Status

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Germany, we send you a DHL tracking number in the “Your order is on its way” email. You can see the status of your shipment within Germany at any time here.

As soon as your package has left Germany, this number (Figure 1) is no longer valid and you are provided with a new number.

Here you will also find the international tracking number (Figure 2) and the link to your national parcel service (Figure 3). By clicking on this link, you can track your parcel within the receiving country.
