Cutting Boards for More Hygiene in the Kitchen
Since Joseph Joseph presented the first Index products in 2008, the cutting boards by Damien Evans, which help to reduce cross-contamination of food in your own kitchen, have become very popular.
The principle is simple: there are four cutting boards in a stand. The innovation of the Index chopping boards is that each single cutting board is indicated to be used only for a specific type of food. The red board is for raw meat, the green board for fruits and vegetables, the blue board for raw fish and the white board only for already cooked foods. Using different chopping boards for individual ingredients improves the hygiene in the kitchen and prevents cross-contamination. The staggered register signs provide an overview and simplify handling.
