Your Return Documents

If you would like to return one or more items from an order, you can retrieve the necessary documents - your returns form and your return shipping label - using the below form.

Please enter your invoice number and the e-mail address used for your order in the appropriate fields and click on send.

You will then receive the documents to be printed by e-mail.

Fill out the returns form, sign the CN23 form, place it inside of your return package as well as attaching the return shipping label/signed CN23 form on the outside of the box, covering any old barcodes/labels.

Please note that we offer no collection services.
