Soft woollen blanket with delicate pattern
Elvang's Bricks blanket is soft, warmly comfortable and is characterized by its fine pattern, which in its shape is reminiscent of small stones - a homage to the streets of Copenhagen with their cobblestone pavement.
With a size of 130 x 190 cm it can be perfectly used as a cuddly blanket on the sofa, but can also be used as a throw on the bed, setting high-quality, Scandinavian accents. The Bricks blanket by Elvang is made of 35% alpaca wool, 35% sheep wool and 30% microfibre.
The weaving of fabrics from alpaca fibers is a tradition that dates back to the Inca era. Alpaca fibres are soft, durable and warmer than other natural fibres. Alpaca wool produces very little pilling, so that the products retain their structure for a long time.
In the production of the Bricks blanket, Elvang Denmark follows the principles of the United Nations Global Compact. UN Global Compact is the world's largest network for companies with social responsibility. As a member of this organisation, Elvang Denmark is fully committed to the principles of the UN Global Compact, which include human rights, fair working conditions, environmental and landscape protection and measures against corruption. The company is also Fair Trade certified.
