Ceiling with diagonal stripes
The Diagonal blanket by Elvang lives up to its name and has a nice knitted pattern with diagonal stripes. Thanks to the timeless design, the ceiling blends in perfectly with any ambience and sets noble accents on the sofa as well as on the bed. Fine fringes at the ends round off the design. The blanket is made of 35% alpaca wool, 35% sheep's wool and 30% microfibre.
Weaving fabrics from alpaca fibres is a tradition that goes back to the Inca era. Alpaca fibres are soft, durable and warmer than other natural fibres. Alpaca wool produces very little pilling, so the products retain their structure over time.
Elvang Denmark follows the principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the production of the Diagonal Ceiling. UN Global Compact is the world's largest network for companies with social responsibility. As a member of this organisation, Elvang Denmark fully supports the principles of the UN Global Compact, which include human rights, fair working conditions, environmental and landscape protection and measures against corruption. The company is also Fair Trade certified.
