The PH 2/1 Portable rechargeable LED table lamp by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen was designed based on the principle of a reflective three-shade system that ensures a predominantly downward light emission. The shades are made of mouth-blown opal glass in three layers, with the outer layer being glossy and the inner layer sandblasted matt. This results in a soft and uniform light distribution in the room.
