Lounger Made of Steel and Rope
The Vetta chair by Emu combines two completely different materials—steel and rope—creating a stable and unusual frame for a lounger chair. The idea for this original pairing comes from Chiaramonte and Marin.
Steel and Rope Construction with Emu-Tex Fabric
The tubular frame finds its ideal extension for the armrest in the form of a rope. The synthetic material completes the construction whilst also comfortably supporting the arms. Thanks to the rope, the otherwise rigid construction can be folded and stowed away in a space saving manner. The seat consists of Emu-Tex, a technical fabric for outdoor use made of PVC. With the bolts at the end of the structure, the Chair can be adjusted into 2 different position and is therefore practical and comfortable at the same time.
