Lars Beller Fjetland grew up on the west coast of Norway. The raw and untouched landscape shaped the designer so much that he developed a life-long fascination for natural materials.
Fjetland graduated from the College of Arts in Bergen in 2012. Since then, the Norwegian designer has been on a continuous search for possibilities of enlarging his experiential horizon and of creating something new from classic materials.
The fusion of functionality and classic natural materials is also what characterises the design style of the Norwegian designer: Fjetland designs furniture, lamps and other furnishing objects made of sustainable raw materials.
