Finnish designer and architect
Seppo Koho is a Finnish designer and architect with many years of experience in complex design and architecture projects. Born in 1967, he studied industrial design at the University of Helsinki from 1987 to 1994, where he still lives and works today. In 1995 he founded Secto together with Tuula Jusélius. They were the first to create a luminaire from compression-moulded wood and thus set new standards and possibilities in Scandinavian design. Today their luminaires are among the classics of Nordic design.
Seppo Koho's style is characterised by minimalist lines, which are by no means intended to appear cold and sterile to the observer, but warm and inviting.
