Poster with eccentric flower motif
The starting point for the BLOOM Posters of Paper Collective are old-fashioned flower pictures, which are now presented as stylish floral decorations. With their strong colours and reflections they captivate the viewer and create an almost psychedelic effect.
The BLOOM series was created in close collaboration between photographer Chris Calmer and the artistic direction of Uffe Buchard. Uffe Buchard is one of the most famous personalities in the Danish fashion industry. For more than 20 years he has been bringing news from the world of fashion and style to the Danish and international fashion world. Buchard is currently editor-in-chief of DANSK magazine, creative director at Darling Creative Studio and the mastermind behind the Blomst and now BLOOM Collection for Paper Collective . Photographer and visual artist Chris Calmer is a young aspiring professional in art and fashion photography. Calmer creates works of art using classical media such as photography and painting.
Partial proceeds for the good cause in Nepal
Paper Collective always donates a part of the proceeds to a charitable cause. In the case of the posters from the BLOOM series, the money goes to an organization that is working to build a school in Nepal.
Also with regard to production, the company pays attention Paper Collective to environmentally friendly conditions, so that all posters were awarded the Nordic eco-label Swan, comparable to the Blue Angel in Germany. The poster is an offset print on 300 g heavy paper in photo quality. The natural paper is FSC®-certified and impresses with a special archive quality.
