Carafe with drinking glass as lid
The new glass series Glacier from Stelton includes a carafe with a matching glass. The timeless, stylish design is by Peter Svarrer, one of Denmark's best glass artists, who worked for Holmegaard Glasværk for many years.
The drinking glass in this set serves as the lid of the carafe and at the same time, with its serrated pattern on the bottom, completes the design of the carafe, which has the same bottom. Use the carafe for your favourite drink and watch the facets of the glass base unfold.
Scandinavian design language
The series is characterized by a minimalist formal language, which, however, changes into a sculptural structure at the bottom of the vessels. This refers to the cool beauty of Scandinavian nature and the Nordic winter, which is characterised by frost and the multi-faceted accents of clear ice crystals.
