Eikon is a system luminaire. It consists of a turned ash wooden head and a removable, interchangeable metal shade. The lampshades are powder coated and can be attached with magnets. This way the appearance of the Eikon can be changed due to the special situation or occasion and can be used in different rooms and living areas. Thanks to the high luminous efficiency, the Eikon is also suitable for lighted work stations.
Adaptable and sustainable
Different colours and shapes are easily combinable because of their common basic model. The exchangeable shade is able to change the environment at home or in the office on a deciding way.
Eikon is delivered with a 2 m textile cable and a "CableCup". The Eikon pendant lamp promises the highest quality, as well as all the lamp of the German company Schneid, being produced under fair working circumstances. The wood of the lamp comes from sustainable foresting of regional distributors.
The Eikon can't only adapt other colours, but also other shapes: The wide lampshade of the Eikon Shell by Schneid is also suitable for the pendant lamp of Schneid, transforming it into an illumination corpus for bigger rooms. The shades are available as single pieces and the sockets of oak wood or walnut.
