Helga I. Sigurbjarnadottir draws inspiration from nature and its million facets.
Helga completed a research master's in interior design in 2008 at the IED Design in Milan. She has worked in an Icelandic design studio alongside her studies since 2007.
Since graduating she has worked freelance on various projects and products. Helga: "For me, design is something that gives you a nice feeling, something that flatters the eye and the heart, something that provokes a feeling. I would say that, for a designer, I'm minimalist yet colourful. I like to play with simple shapes and make them more interesting by adding more colours."
