Søren Jakobsen (born 1960) graduated from the Danish design school. He worked as an interior designer, before he finally devoted to furniture and industrial design.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years as a designer at the award-winning design company CPH, Jakobsen gained the skill and know how for the collaboration with Stelton and other companies. The designs from Jakobsen combine an aesthetic component with functional details.
